Our Methodology & Synergy Model

Peer-Support Principle

The coaches and trainers providing education and guidance are themselves from the same community and have shared similar experiences. This way, each previous group provides full support to the next incoming group.

Unique Ecosystem & Partnership

Alongside foundation-based work, unique projects are carried out in synergy with professional institutions and experts to help participants advance their careers. This system—a combination of an NGO foundation, corporate partnerships, and an accredited training center—is the only one of its kind in the Netherlands.
