VIT Training Model

VIT is not just a technical training course. Throughout the program, a special training model is implemented that simulates a real IT company environment.

Participants work in a team structure from the very first day of the training process.

Team Organization

  • The class is divided into different teams.
  • A team leader is assigned to each team.
  • Weekly tasks are shared
  • Teams are responsible for completing the assigned tasks together.

Through this system, participants develop not only technical skills but also crucial professional skills such as teamwork, communication, time management, and taking responsibility.

Self-Learning Based Training System

In the modern IT sector, success is not only possible by listening to lectures but also by learning how to learn. Therefore, the VIT program is built on a self-learning approach.

From the participants:

  • They research the topics individually.
  • They examine the sources.
  • Sharing information with their teams
  • They are expected to complete the tasks together.

Instructors are less about simply transferring knowledge and more about acting as guides and mentors. The goal is to prepare students for the learning processes they will encounter in real-world professional situations.

Daily Meeting System

Throughout the program, each team will hold regular online meetings.

These meetings will include:

  • The work done is shared
  • The problems encountered are discussed
  • The status of weekly tasks is evaluated
  • Plans are made for the next day

This system allows participants to experience the Agile work culture.

Amsterdam Office Day

Every Sunday, an in-person office day is held in Amsterdam. On these days, instructors proceed assuming that students are familiar with the topics they have studied throughout the week.

The aim is not so much to introduce new topics, but rather:

  • To reinforce learned information
  • To do practical application
  • To evaluate the teams' projects
  • Networking
  • It is about preparing for the next week

This approach enables participants to develop the habit of taking responsibility and managing their own learning processes.

Daily Tracking System

Disciplined work is crucial for a successful transformation. Therefore, all students are monitored daily throughout the program using a study tracking system.

Participants:

Daily working hours

Completed tasks

Learning processes

They are expected to record their progress regularly on the tracking chart. This system is critical for measuring student development and identifying the support they need.
