We'RHERE operates with a "participation from day zero" vision and a peer-support methodology that draws strength from the common ground between our founders and our members.
Our Participants' 3-Step Journey
1. Social Participation & Preparation
Candidates are supported in their adaptation to Dutch social life, workplace culture, language, and the global/professional requirements of their own fields.
2. First Job & On-the-Job Support
The adaptation process during the first work experience in the Dutch labor market is supported with peer mentorship and performance monitoring.
3. Career Transition or Advancement
The goal is for participants to make a full return to their areas of expertise, achieve vertical specialization, or make the right sector changes.
Standard Program Support
In every independent project we develop, these three core supports are offered as participation standards. Our work is continuously improved and recognized through both our field experience and research conducted by independent institutions.
