🤝 Guidance from Practical Experience

The program is conducted by peers/similar experienced individuals who have technical education and work in the Netherlands as lateral entrants (transitioning from different fields), engineers, or technicians. These individuals serve as instructors, mentors, and sources of inspiration. Thanks to their practical experience, they offer participants understanding, guidance, and mentoring.

Since the program is organized to be compatible with language lessons, it is conducted in the evenings and on weekends. This way, a realistic work environment including hybrid work and office days is simulated. Most of the lessons are given face-to-face on weekends at different locations of the institution:

📍 Groningen, Amsterdam, Eindhoven, Veenendaal, Arnhem

*If necessary, lessons can also be followed online by mutual agreement. Theoretical training in the evening hours is conducted entirely online.

🎓 Certificate and Career Opportunities

Upon successful completion of the program, participants receive a Certificate of Participation. This certificate confirms participation in all three training sections and can be used as supporting documentation in job interviews or job applications. Additionally, the participant is actively supported to move towards one of the following areas:

  • Techniektuin, Energy Skills, Warmtecarrousel, LiS or similar institutions through vocational training and work programs.
  • Participation in job interview process at a technical employer (with strong intermediary institution partnerships).
