Job Club
Jobclub Program
π For participants ready to take the next step.
Who Is This Program For?
The Jobclub is designed for newcomers who have been educated or qualified in their home country but cannot immediately start working at the same level in the Netherlands. Most participants speak Turkish, English, and/or Dutch (at least at B1 level). You are likely one of them: motivated, open to learning, and truly ready to take action.
πΌ How Does the Jobclub Work?
Over 12 weeks, you complete a clear and structured program built around three main themes. Throughout the process, you make step-by-step progress by receiving assignments, hands-on training, and feedback. You can track all your progress in your personal work file.
Ready to Apply
Your documents and professional profile are fully organized: CV, motivation letter, references, LinkedIn profile, and correctly analyzing job vacancies.
Ready for the Interview
You practice for interviews with employers: short introduction (pitch), self-presentation, phone interviews, and mock interviews.
Socially Active
Through volunteer work, networking, and social media activities, you become a real part of your sector in the Netherlands.
ποΈ 12-Week Structure
*Each session progresses with group sharing, topic presentation, instant practical assignments, and homework to be submitted within 3 days.
π What Will You Gain?
- A regular job application routine (10 applications per week)
- Participation in more social and sectoral activities
- At least 50 new professional LinkedIn connections
- 3 major sector events to expand your network
π What Else Is Done in the Program?
- An elevator pitch (short introductory speech) is prepared and recorded.
- Job vacancies and personal progress are professionally tracked using JobPort.
- In-depth company research methodologies are learned.
- "Speed-dating" meetings are conducted with network connections.
- Portfolio or GitHub accounts are optimized for technical profiles.
- Honest and constructive mock interviews are conducted with guest professionals from the sector.
π€ Guidance, Flexibility, and Locations
Our mentoring and peer support system matches you with former participants who are already working in the Netherlands. Since they have personally experienced the steps to be taken in this process, they show you the most accurate path. One-on-one (1-on-1) coaching support is also provided when needed.
The program is scheduled in the evenings and on weekends to be compatible with language lessons. Most of the lessons are given face-to-face on weekends at different locations of the institution:
π Groningen, Amsterdam, Eindhoven, Veenendaal, Arnhem
If necessary, lessons can also be followed online by mutual agreement. Theoretical training in the evening hours is conducted entirely online.
