VIT Project

VIT (Voorbereiding IT) Program
A Solid Start to Your IT Career
VIT (Voorbereiding IT) is a 12-week intensive preparatory program designed for individuals with no prior education or work experience in the IT field. It aims to familiarize them with the technology sector, equip them with fundamental technical skills, and help them consciously determine their career path.
The program’s primary goal is to enable participants to learn the fundamental concepts of the IT world, develop work discipline, and build the necessary foundation for future areas of specialization before directly pursuing a specific field.
At the end of this training, participants will not yet hold a specific job title. However, they will have learned the basic dynamics of the sector, become familiar with different career paths, and reached a level where they can make an informed decision about which area they want to specialize in.
The VIT program is a particularly strong starting point for those considering pursuing careers in the following areas:
| Software Tester | Data Engineer | Data Analyst | Power BI Specialist | Full Stack Developer | Cloud Engineer | Business Analyst | DevOps Engineer | Other IT specializations |

This approach enables participants to develop the habit of taking responsibility and managing their own learning processes.
Daily Tracking System
Disciplined work is crucial for a successful transformation. Therefore, all students are monitored daily throughout the program using a study tracking system.
Participants:
Daily working hours
Completed tasks
Learning processes
They are expected to record their progress regularly on the tracking chart. This system is critical for measuring student development and identifying the support they need.
